Mr. Watson is the President, Partner and Chief Executive Officer of the firm. Mr. Watson graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Risk Management. He received his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University School of Law in 1982. Mr. Watson has been a practicing attorney in the State of Florida for the past thirty-two years. He specializes in the area of real property law with a concentration in title insurance and foreclosure litigation. Mr. Watson served as the Senior Vice President, National Lending Division, of Fidelity National Title Company, which is the fourth largest underwriter in the nation. In 1997, Mr. Watson formed The Law Offices of Marshall C. Watson, P.A. (now known as Choice Legal Group, P.A.) with the sole mission of representing mortgage lenders and servicers in the State of Florida. Mr. Watson is a member of The Florida Bar and The Georgia Bar Association.
Ari Miller, Esq. is Managing Partner at Choice Legal Group P.A., and has been with the Firm since 2009 specializing in the area of foreclosures. He has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2005 and is also a member of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Ari graduated with honors from the University of Florida in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He graduated cum laude from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law in December of 2004. While in law school, Ari was a member of Florida Blue Key and Vice Chancellor of the Honor Court. He has practice experience in the areas of Landlord-Tenant, Real Estate, Homeowner and Condo Association Law, Consumer Fraud, Civil Rights, Employment Discrimination, Disability Law and General Civil Litigation.
Dustin George joined Choice Legal Group, P.A. as a partner in late 2017 to open the firm’s Texas office, which does business in Texas as Miller, Watson & George, P.C. Dustin graduated cum laude from Texas Tech University in 2005 with a degree in business economics and earned his juris doctorate from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2008. During law school, he was a published member of the Texas Tech Administrative Law Journal.
Dustin has represented mortgage lenders and servicers in all areas of the mortgage default practice area for over eight years. His broad knowledge of mortgage default comes from handling a variety of contested and uncontested matters from start to finish. Dustin has handled non-judicial and judicial foreclosures from initial referral through sale, evictions through appeal, title curative matters, litigated matters through appeal, and has even auctioned properties on the courthouse steps as a substitute trustee. He is an experienced litigator who prides himself in his ability to resolve contested matters as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Dustin is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas Bar Association. He is also admitted to practice in the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and all districts of the United States District Courts in Texas.
Chief Operating Officer
Kelly A. Anderson is the Chief Operating Officer for Choice Legal Group, P.A. and has been with the Firm since March of 2001. Kelly’s duties include but are not limited to; building work flow processes to improve standard operating procedures and create synergy across functions to support the Firm’s goals and objectives. Additionally, Kelly coordinates the ongoing monitoring of related metrics/KPI’s-key performance indicators to maximize productivity and optimize operational performance. As Chief Operating Officer she is instrumental in her role of being a forward thinker, possesses the ability to understand the imminent vision of the firm, has the ability to perform analysis and determine the actions and essential resources to grow the firm. Kelly is a member of The Association of Legal Administrators (ALA), The American Records Manager Association (ARMA) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Brittany Parker joined Choice Legal Group, P.A. in November 2017 to assist with opening the firm’s Texas office, which does business in Texas as Miller, Watson & George, P.C. Brittany has been in the mortgage default industry for over nine years and has gained a wide array of experience during that time. Her extensive experience in non-judicial and judicial foreclosures, evictions, the home equity and reverse mortgage loan foreclosure process, bankruptcy, replevins, related mortgage default litigation and firm administration makes her a valuable member of the team. Brittany’s knowledge has been instrumental establishing the groundwork that allows the firm’s Texas office to flourish. Brittany’s responsibilities include establishing effective workflow processes, ensuring that daily operations are at maximum efficiency and productivity, and managing the Texas office’s support staff. Brittany’s forward thinking, problem resolution and attention to detail have cemented her place as a critical component of our firm.
